Returns  

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items  

Sale items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process  

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Return Shipping  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges  

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
